Wild Autumn Cake Couture was born from two convictions: that weddings should overflow with beauty and joy, and that a luxury wedding cake worthy of the day should be something genuinely extraordinary.
Meet Autumn
I’m Autumn, a luxury wedding cake artist and designer based in Hertfordshire. Before I became a luxury cake designer, I studied Art History, and somewhere between the paintings and the flowers, I found my passion. That instinct to observe closely, to make something that feels alive is at the heart of every cake I create.
My hand-sculpted white chocolate florals began with a masterclass in Paris and two years of practicing perfection before I was ready to put them on a wedding cake. It's a sculptural discipline as much as a pâtisserie one, and it remains one of the rarest skills in British wedding cake making.
Every cake starts in my Hertfordshire studio with the finest ingredients: Callebaut Belgian white chocolate, Isigny Sainte Mére French butter, organic eggs and flour, and artisan preserves.
Every Wild Autumn wedding cake is fondant-free, which means completely palm oil-free too. Instead, the white chocolate florals are made from a blend of white chocolate, butter, and cocoa butter. The finish is beautifully creamy, complementing the cake flavours rather than overpowering them with the heavy sweetness of fondant.

I’ve delivered bespoke white chocolate wedding cakes to The Ivy London, South Farm, near Royston, The Old Hall, Ely, and a number of the country’s most beautiful and prestigious wedding venues. I work with couples across London, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, the Cotswolds, and beyond. Every cake I make begins with your brief, and then takes on a life of its own. The decoration comes together organically and intuitively, shaped by what the brief is asking for rather than a rigid plan. That’s where the magic tends to happen.

Not the kind that follows a trend or ticks a box, but beauty that is considered, intentional, and made to last in the memory long after the day is over. That belief drives every decision I make, from the ingredients I choose to the hours I spend on a single bloom.
I believe the best things are made by hand, by someone who cares.
There are faster ways to make a wedding cake, easier materials, simpler techniques. I've never been interested in any of them. What interests me is the point where craft becomes something closer to art.
I believe what you serve your guests should be extraordinary to eat, not just to look at.
